How long did it take the US to lose 2500 in Viet Nam or Kosovo? How long did it take for them to lose that many in Iraq 1991 or Panama 1989? Those wars were fought in non-Islamic nations. We are fighting in an Islamic part of the world and 80% of the people in Iraq don't want us there.
Yea but those are accidents most of the time. If 115 people died every day in car plants it would be all over the news. If we had hundreds of roadside plants going off every week in the US this nation would be up in arms. If 50 people a week died in car plant explosions we wouild have martial law here. We all see what one sniper did in DC and what effect one nut in Oaklahoma City had on the US. You are not putting things in perspective you're taking them out of perspective because the truth is we should not be in Iraq. Basically Bush is saying he painted a target on our troops back and told the enemy to "bring it on" so we don't have to fight persons here. That's stupid. I guess the whole Iraq war is a failure if persons attack us here again.
