Please do not post using my nameMacBook Pro name changed! &A#JD1Tg!d8 I have to point out that Apple have still not left the G5 chip behind. And there is a good reason. Nothing Intel have to offer is any faster. Nothing. Intel also don't...
Bull. Comcast has done things in legitimate cases, I've seen plenty of it in the user forums. Obviously, they don't feel I've gone against their EULA to the point where they feel justified in even sending me a warning. They've never sent me *one* email regarding any usenet post I've ever written to you or anyone else. What's wrong, Snit... can't get any sympathy in csma... and none from my ISP? I suppose you've tried the cops as well. Gee, I hope they didn't they laugh at you again. Hmmm, maybe you even tried to make good on your threat to sue me but just haven't yet found a lawyer that would take your case yet. Need some help? Hint: Better show whatever fool who tries to rob you all the stuff you've posted, doesn't pay to hide things from your lawyer. BTW, losing your own suit and a countersuit can be rather costly:) Here's the section of my EULA regarding NGs NEWSGROUPS Messages posted to newsgroups must comply with the written charters or FAQs for those newsgroups as well as any other terms and conditions applicable to any particular newsgroups or provider of newsgroups. Advertisements, solicitations, or other commercial messages should be posted only in those newsgroups whose charters or FAQs explicitly permit them. You are responsible for determining the policies of a given newsgroup before posting to it. Comcast reserves the right to discontinue access to any newsgroup at any time for any reason. Comcast permits users of the Service to download a maximum of two gigabytes (2GB) of newsgroup content in any one month, unless users are subject to a Service plan that permits downloading more newsgroup content. Here is what you are probably referring to: Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, using the Service, Customer Equipment, or the Comcast Equipment to: ii. post, store, send, transmit, or disseminate any information or material which a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, offensive, indecent, loveographic, harbutting, threatening, embarrbutting, distressing, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, regardless of whether this material or its dissemination is unlawful; Can you spot your problem? I can... and perhaps Comcast did, too. I have a question for you: Do you want me to play the game the way you are playing it? Normally, I wouldn't contact a person's ISP but being that you went of of your way to 'repeatedly' contact mine it seems turnabout is fair play. If you don't respond today I start pointing out to your ISP things you've done that breaks their EULA. -- "Not only do I lie about what others are claiming, I show evidence from the Êrecords." - Snit "Even in the U.S., even in a court room, a lack of proof is not a refutation." - Snit "I seriously wanted to be carted away. I need help. I now see that." - Snit
