Sandman's Website Debate: Update 2 3175

You claim that you made this suggestion here:

Actually there is an earlier post in the same thread where you what you apparently call 'suggestions'. Your post above is number 641 in the google archive. Lets start at the beginning with post #637. You comment on his code not validating, his 'cluttered' page and the fact that (apparently) your connection caused it to load slowly. You did however offer to help. In this post you offered no suggestions at all, just personal comments-opinions about his page.

In your very next post (#639) you claim to have helped him by showing him his code didn't validate. Of course you also comment on how code often doesn't conform (ie: validate). You further comment on his colors, complain how his images 'aren't compressed' and his poor use of white space. A short paragraph later you again complain about his image sizes. Apparently you feel every web site should post low to poor quality images so the page will load faster. Again no suggestions on improving his web site were made as everything you stated was a personal opinion and nothing more.

Now to the post (#641) that you claim is the one where you gave San-dman the suggestions. You start off unpleasant womaning about his code - that certainly isn't a suggestion. You then complain about his poor contrast, as well as his coding and image compression - all of which are merely your opinion and not suggestions. You then state that you don't think you could afford to spend the time to help him both clean up his site and to educate him. This also clearly isn't a suggestion of any sort.

So I ask you again michael, where are all of these 'suggestions' you claim to have made to Sandman about improving his site. So far all you've posted is a personal dislike for the way his site looks and nothing more.
