Oh, I don't buttume that. In fact, much of the time it seems even the trolls have a point or some knowledge to contribute. I think if they participated on tht basis they'd be much happier using the group.

Sure, but each user is not obligated to have great ideas and lifelong industry experience. One of the favorite troll tactics is to accuse someone of not knowing some factor, and it just isn't relevant. Of course some of us don't know some of the things -- everyone lacks some knowledge. It's important to fix the statements and beliefs that we have which are wrong, or to inform, but attacks just have no payoff. Unless you just enjoy making people feel badly, and that's an empty person indeed.

And also, some people have little knowledge of what is great about their favorite product, even if they promote it. Worse is the Windows user who has never tried Mac OS and yet insists he hates it intensely.

Come on, people -- you're spending your own time in here -- make it worth something. Learn or share or inform -- impress people with your knowledge, change their minds, even promote your own ideas of what products should be. Getting people upset gives you NOTHING.
