Spaces question 1030

top 25 computers of all time accordin to PC World
It isn't a list by year, Edwin. It's a ranking of which is the greatest. Number 1 overall...

OK, so suppose I've got Safari windows in spaces 1 and 2, and I'm in space 3. I click on Safari in the dock. Which Safari window do I go to?

What I'd like to see is an option for the dock to only reflect whichever space I'm currently in. So, if I'm in space 1 or 2, Safari should have the little triangle under it in the dock. In space 3, it should not, and clicking it should open a new Safari window in that space.

Actually, what I'd *really* like is to have independent docks in the different spaces. So, in my "office" space, I'd keep Word and Excel and Pages and Keynote in the dock, but they would not be in the dock in, say, my "programming" space. It should be possible for any given dock item to set it to just one dock, or all docks, or, ideally, any subset of docks.
