I bought a couple of Dells last year after looking into what it would take to build my own these days. I might be a bit happier with the PCs I was planning to build, but I sure saved a hell of a lot of money and time by buying from Dell. It really was a no-brainer. Oh, and the Dells run really quietly too. Too many white box franken-computers wind up sounding like you live under a flight path. As for your new iMac, what would you want to add to it that you can't? It's quite expandable via USB and Firewire.
