The Mac is Dead! Long Live the Wintel PC! was Apple ahead of schedule 3112The Mac is Dead! Long Live the Wintel PC! was Apple ahead of schedule 3116 Actually, the term "PC", CAN'T be used to get a trademark (or one which would hold up before the Supreme Court,) since it...
Why would I believe anything a MacDroid says about Microsoft? I wouldn't believe it if they published it in the Enclycopaedia Brittanica, much less in a Mac Advocacy newsgroup. And if it were published in the first edition of the Oxford Exhaustive Dictionary of the English Language, British Edition, I would buttume the editors somehow traveled through time, and became MacDroids while visiting the 21th Century before I would believe that a MacDroid posted the truth about Microsoft in a Mac Advocacy newsgroup. The Mac is Dead! Long Live the Wintel PC! was Apple ahead of schedule 3113 Donald McDaniel "Seattle Computer Products", not Seattle Micro. That is grossly misrepresenting what occurred. Microsoft licensed QDOS... I see you've never read "1984" before. You should buy a copy and read it. It will really open your eyes. But DON'T buy a revised copy, or one printed in the 21st Century. For that matter, don't buy a copy printed after 1960. A First Edition (if you can find one) would be the best. And the first pressing of the First Edition would be even better than the best. Newspeak revisers have been hard at work ever since it was first published, I am quite sure. P.S. DON'T read Wikipedia's article about it, if it has one. It's sure to be written in "newspeak". The Mac is Dead! Long Live the Wintel PC! was Apple ahead of schedule 3114 Greycloud!!! You went and did it! You FINALLY admitted that Apples are ALSO "PCs"!!!. Watchout, my friend. The rest of the Mac... P.P.S. Hell, don't even believe what I might say about it, since I could have been "infected" unwittingly with Newspeak while growing old. Read it for yourself. P.P.P.S.B.M.F.B.M.O.C.B.M.G.I.B.M Burn this carefully after reading. Then walk to the end of the block and blow you nose loudly three times into a red-and-black-checkered handkerchief. Someone will come to take you to a "safer place", where you will be able to read the Author's autograph of "1984" in peace. Then take the pistol laying on the table in front of you and spin the cylinder a few times, put the barrel to your temple, and pull the trigger. There will be 5 cartridges in it. You will have 1 chance in 6 to continue living. If you survive, your Eyes Will Be Opened, And You Will See The Truth. Then you'll be FREE, FREE, FREE!!! Luckily for me, there were really 6 in it, and though I survived, the doctors were not able to save me without removing my pre-frontal lobe. But I feel SO MUCH BETTER, now, really I do.
