The OFFICIAL CSMA politics test 432Steve Carroll repeats the same lie 1400 times 433 Telling me what I care about now, Snit? By people on a NG? Do you think I should, like you, be losing sleep over it? LOL! You need to take the advice someone... oh, my scores: 100% personal 70% economic libertarian (I believe in moderate redistribution -- to the extent that any member of society should have *equal* access to the tools and resources to become, and remain, a productive member of society, ye olde "equal starting line, not equal outcomes" conservativism clbuttical liberalism) Steve Carroll repeats the same lie 1400 times 434 I never said I didn't care "of" I told the truth. No. If you're going to quote it... quote it properly: "Yeah... sue me. LOL!!! Like I'm really gonna give a poo about... 32 out of 160 on the libertarian purity test. Minarchy is a great theory, in theory-land, but when put in practice I believe it quickly devolves into inefficient 'he who has the gold makes the rules' feudalism (cf. the latter half of the 19th century). Minarchy combined with Georgism -- in limiting the wealthy's ability to monopolize land (including natural resources), and the economic rents therefrom, might have a chance of working, if you give me Georgism I'll give you minarchy! 100% in the 'free & equal buttociation' vertex. Obviously, since I'm a quasi-Georgist, which is in fact something of an orthogonal third-leg on the socialist-capitalist axis (we catch poo from both sides, since Henry George was enemy of the (truly) Socialists, and of course the LVT targets with laser-like focus those who consider their government-bequeathed and enforced breastles to real estate (and natural resource holdings) "capital".
