In places where violence is high, Ray, you can take the guns away and it will STILL BE HIGH.

Where violence is low you can add guns and the violence will continue to be low unless other conditions change.

And it matters not if it's guns or pangas.

People are the key, Ray, not the presence or absence of guns.

The US is a perfect example. A nation of 300,000,000 people, formerly more violent than it is now. More guns than ever before. More access to carry them concealed on their person, and crime, violent crime keeps dropping.

Someone recently claimed San Francisco CA (Spaz, you twin) had lowered its violent crime rate by outlawing guns.

Fact is, when the data is checked, SF has a higher rate in all categories of violent crime but rape. Rape often does not have a gun involved.
