To teach a Dreamweaver clbutt, you don't need to know a single thing about web *design*, however, which you obviously had to leave out.

It's *the* web design tool. With emphasis of the word "design".

DreamWeaver handles templates and disposition, the design is made in Photoshop if you're serious about design.

Photoshop sucks on XP due to MDI.
