No, the meaning of what I wrote is a guy who pretends to be a long time Windows user who has had a Damascus Road conversion to the Mac, when he's really been a Mac user for years.

We've been getting that type for years here... people who bash Windows with ridiculous statements, that look like they've never used Windows, and heaping praise on the Mac they've supposedly never used, but somehow fell in love with anyway. People like... YOU.
