What does this say about users 2648KenS So you did have exposure to the Mac, you didn't go into this blind. Windows can handle either of those easily. Adobe even says Photoshop is faster under Windows. What does this say about users 33HumfHSaKlA~jG9gd* 2650 MuahMan wrote Wow... you managed to make the most off-topic post of the year so far. What this has to do with anything in this thread or any other here is beyond imagination... "Macs are prevalent in art design shops and music studios. Winboxes prevail in accounting offices and Circle K stores." This is how you debated in favor of Windows? What does this say about users 2649 Edwin Umm - I believe I wrote that I didn't even know what the Finder was when I bought the iMac. Read. I'll take your word for the Adobe comment, but if that's so, why do... Windows has ambutted a long list of things that Maccies would like to pbutt off as "specific and unique," which when taken together, puts most users on Windows, due to lack of Mac software. It's just chips on a circuit card, just like any other computer maker, and with the Intel Macs, they're now the identical chips as is found in any other PC. Windows is a VMS variant, and DEC used to rail against what an "inelegant" solution Unix was compared to VMS. I didn't display any such lack of understanding. What I did is challenge your ridiculous comments about Windows versus Mac. You don't know me at all, nor do you have an inkling of which "side" I "represent." I have used, and continue to use, many different computers and operating systems, and I used to be a Mac Advocate.
