Clues: 3.0 is 3 litres or 3,000cc (or close). 1970cc is NOT close to three litres.
The Twin-spark engine is a four cylinder unit with two plugs per cylinder. It's well known.
No 3.0 petrol car is liable to return 30.9 miles per gallon.
Another clue: a 3.0 Supra Automatic from 1989 will do 0-60 in 8.5 seconds and 135mph, yet is vastly heavier than an Alfa GTV-6 (and in manual form will do 0-60 in 7 seconds).
Just sort of clarifying it for you, before you demonstrate further that you really don't have a clue.
(Oh, and the Veyron has done 252mph, on the road, not a dyno. Even Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson has done a high-speed run in it, though I don't think he had enough room to hit the top speed).
