Just because you haven't heard of much at all, that doesn't surprise me. Unlike you child, this won't be my first rodeo, and it is pretty much prepared already. I do as much of the maintenance as I can during the winter and early spring.

All I need to do is top off the water and do some grocery shopping and it'll be ready to go. I'll be back, depending on weather and what have you sometime mid-late July. Hopefully some of the others here can teach you something useful while I am gone, but I don't hold out much hope for that.

I'm sure your daddy has a crew to do all the work for him on his big, ugly, powerboat, so all of it would be foreign to you, but at least you probably have an XBOX or playstation to keep you entertained if he even lets you onboard.
