Here's some data comparing F1 and GP500 at Suzuku a few years back, the bike is a Honda driven by Okada. The F1 car is a BAR driven by Jacques Villeneuve. The speeds are corner exit speeds, followed by lap time. At no point on the track does the bike exit a corner faster, or achieve a higher top speed.
