Why Does Apple Hate The Enviroment 1096 Is there any solid evidence or reason to believe that recycling computers is a good thing? There's an interesting show on Showtime, "Penn & Teller's... Poor Al got royally ripped apart on South Park last night, to the point of utter absurdity. (It may well have been the worst South Park I have ever seen, next to the Towely episode from the week before. Pathetic. One gets the idea that Trey Parker is on vacation, literally or chemically). Gore knows an awful lot about environmental concerns, and I have enjoyed some of his informal talks on the subject. But he is also a politician. Therefore, he is full of sh*t, making his comments about the environment either mute or something to believe are as spurious as he is. Very sad. The guy blows with the wind, which is to say he follows the money. That is NOT the guy we need as a spokesman for environmental sanity.
