Didn't leave anything out. The COLAs amounted to less than inflation. We only got around 2.5% as compared to the claimed 4% or so. Merit increases were a joke. No one I know at PSNS ever got a merit increase. All we had was in grade step increase and that is a dead end. I knew of a lot of people that worked years at the dead end of the wage scale and not receiving anything more... no thank yous, nothing. At retirement they fed you a piece of cheap birthday cake and say you did a good job for the last 37 years of work and out the door you go.
