No, they don't. Only a very small portion of computer owners perform upgrades. (By upgrade, I mean somethng you have to open the case to do. Plugging in a USB whatever doesn't consbreastute an upgrade.)
Really? Ads like this exist? Websites? You can upgrade PCs? Wow! Who woulda thunk it? You do know that I was probably sticking new parts into PCs before you were born, right?
That doesn't change the fact that the vast majority of PC owners never upgrade their computers. (They just go out and buy a new Dell or whatever.)
Hell, I don't even build my own PCs anymore. I just go out and buy a Dell and I'm done with it. Use it for a few years and then you buy a new one. It isn't cost-effective to upgrade most things, given what Dell charges for complete PCs.
