A truly idiotic question to ask oneself. Buddha asked this question, and came up with a negative answer. He decided that all he perceived with his eyes, including himself, were actually "maya", or "illusion". Will you join him? But if all is an illusion, WHOSE illusion is it? Can one actually BE his OWN illusion? Psychiatrists everywhere would call this "insanity".
