Who said I was a happy camper, Elam? And who said it was Apple supplied hardware? The modem CDW sent me was a Best Data USB external. They were out of stock for Apple's own external modem and am awaiting a RMA from CDW.
And frankly, the only reason I went with macs this time around was DVD Studio Pro and Aperture. Plus the fact that I have other sw invested in the Mac platform at work.
