Where the hell did you ever get that idea? While its true that OSX doesn't need all the drivers that Windows requires, they are still needed for some peripheral hardware. Mac users are quite used to installing them for things like scanners, some printers, gaming input devices such as joysticks, steering wheels, etc. You better check your sources for this "information". It's simply wrong. First of all, I don't know of any Mac user who's jumping for joy over the ability to dual-boot Windows. Dual-booting is hardly a new concept to the Mac community. Many of us have been dual booting between OSX and PPC Linux distros for more than a decade.
Again, your lack of knowledge has left you with egg on your face. You have now made TWO totally incorrect buttertions out of two. A perfect score: 0 for 2. While its true that most people using iPods use it with iTunes its mostly because iTunes makes it easy. The whole idea of a computer is to empower folks, not confound them.
You know, most Windows PC users are at least as clueless about the nuts and bolts of computing as most Mac users. I'd guess that 99% of all Windows users wouldn't even know what you were talking about if you mentioned the above P2P to them. But I've got news for you, sonny. At least the same percentage of Mac users understand these concepts, and use them, as do Windows users. Now your buttertions are 0 for 3. iPodready cars, look at the macintards jump for joy 3173 nah, they are just more advanced humans, that's all. which is technically correct. if a... 0 for 4. Have you not noticed the dozens of FM RF modulator products designed SPECIFICALLY to interface with an iPod and ONLY an iPod?
0 for 6.
All the Mac users that I know play their iPods (as do I) in their cars. They either use the cbuttette adapter or an FM modulator. Nobody asked me, they just figured it out on their own. 0 for 7. Apple trounces Dell...again Apple remains at the very top of computer users satisfaction survey. From the article... "Dell still...
Only just now noticing? This has been going on for several years now. Hell, even Ferrari put iPod adapters in their cars two years ago! Actually, you've proved nothing except that you are a long-winded clown. Every buttumption you've made about Mac users and their relationship to technology has been WRONG - EVERY ONE! Since at least as high a percentage of Mac users as Windows users understand these concepts, You've made no point here at all. You've merely made long-winded buttumptions not in evidence and posted them as fact, when in reality, on a platform basis, they are totally unsupportable and unwarranted. Now slink back under your rock and shut up.
