Does your service provider not have a Spam filtering system built in to their mail server? All our email is filtered by our service provider as part of their service. I've used SpamNet for a while and have recently switched to EZ-Trust's program. SpamNet was the free one, so it only caught every second or third spam message, if it wasn't raining. Anyway, I just downloaded and installed the successor to SpamNet, CloudMark's Safety Bar. It will be interesting to see who well it works. Even if it is wonderful, it is $40 per year. What alternatives are available for either a one-time license or for less money? Does Cloudmark maintain a database that is updated periodically by its program, like AV software does with virus definitions? If so, maybe it is worth a subscription.
