OUTLOOK EXPRESSfrom OE Help files: -------------------------------------------------------------------- To add a signature to outgoing messages About computer Remote Control The short answer to your wuestion is: "Yes, lots of 'em." The ones I know of use infrared to communicate with... 1.. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Signatures tab. 2.. To create a signature, click New and then either enter text in the Edit Signature box or click File, and then find the text or HTML file you'd like to use. 3.. Select the Add signatures to all outgoing messages check box. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Now, since OE supports using HTML files for signatures, (and HTML allows you to set font styles and colors) you would simply create an HTML-formatted file, (you could use Microsoft Word for this and save the document as HTML for instance) complete with your font and color preferences, then select that HTML file for your OE signature as per the instructions above. You will likely need to set your outgoing message format to HTML, if it isn't currently set as such. Just be sure that the fonts you choose are standard windows-installed fonts and not some odd font that people may not have installed on their own machine, otherwise it may not look like you intended on the recipient's end. Also realize that if the recipient has his-her email program set to strip out HTML for security reasons (or just because it's annoying), it will either not show up at all, or will be displayed in plain text only.
