The Truth About Apple Ipod from a nonfanatic
I just got an Ipod for Christmas. Looks cool. It really does look cool. Is far from cool in actual operation, or non-operation as the case...

What you bought is very good. Even if you were to pay a lot of extra dollars and get a full 64 bit processor, there would be no advantage for a few years yet, until there is full support for it in the way of software. As for this still being very new, it would not be a good venture to jump in to at this time.

The computer you bought is very adequate, and should give very good performance and enjoyment for a few years to come. You should get about 2 to 3 years of descent use out of any up to date laptop.

As for computing power and expandability, you get more value for the dollar with a desktop. If you need a portable, then you made a very good choice. I myself have had very good experience with Sony products.

problem with win xp startup file
Hello all I hope you can help me with the following problem I am having with my system...

Jerry G. ======

hey all, I recently bought my dad a sony vaio computer for gaming purposes. It this sound like a good machine? Just asking for some comments. I also heard that Pentium was the "outdated" processor now, and that we should all go to 64 bit processors on account of Longhorn being 64 bit and all. Am i severely misinformed, or is there credence to this argument? Email is fine, or posting here is fine also. I know this is more a personal thing though, so if you don't want to post it on here email me and let me know what yout hink, as well as any suggestions on upgrading the vaio. Thanks all, Josh
