This depends on how your particular system is set up. I would start by looking in the download folder. If not found, I would start looking in all the cache file areas.

If you do not find anything above, you an also try doing a disk cleanup.

Double click on My Computer, and right mouse key-click on the C drive. In the drop-down menu, select Properties.

Right mouse-click on Disk Cleanup. Put a check mark on everything that has to do with the temporary files. Click on OK, and then confirm for it to do the cleanup. You may find that after this, there will be a lot more space on your drive, if you have not done a proper cleanup for a long time.

Just curious to know why you did not want to finish installing SP-2? It offers a very highly improved security performance. They also fixed a number of bugs with XP in this service pack.

Yeh, I was just wondering if anyone knows whereabouts the SP2 installation files are kept? Because I did the whole download thing, but then cancelled it before it actually installed... but my free space is now down a few hundred megs! And free space is very rare on my pc, so was wondering if anyone knew where the files are so I can delete them! Cheers
