What will happen, is that rich people (not countries) will get richer, and poor people (not countries) will get poorer (because as eastern countries develop capitalist economies, everyone will go into Debt Consolidation this is already starting to occur on a wide scale in China and ther are articles in the WSJ on this).

Education has nothing to do with compebreastion if non-educational elements in society steal jobs from one country and give them to another. Today, I've seen plenty of examples in many job markets where employees are sought because, and completely because, they are ONLY candidates for low pay and not because of the quality of work they can produce.
