Im not being insensitive and Im not grabbing anything. Nobody in India is capable of grabbing anything from corporations. Its them not us who pulls money out of their US offices and sends to their Indian offices. Its driven by their balance sheet and not by consensus with 3rd parties. If you really want those jobs , then you need to get your govt to get cost of living at-par across countries. i.e. when cost of living evens out, wages will follow suit and employers will be less inclined to fire their US staff and hire people in India.
From a legal perspective, you would find it difficult to pronounce anyone guilty of trying to earn his living in his OWN country and-or pbutt an eviction order and have them jump into the sea. They just aren't answerable to anyone in the US -which is what many americans seem to be missing. None of the h1b legislation can ever be applied in India. It applies only within the US -and will soon be rendered defunct.
