The problem is as I see it that our business paradigm has come into the 21st century, yet the other systems of our society still are functioning as off the world is still in the 19th century. We accomplished the easy part namely we insbreastuted the WTO and it's basic rules yet here we find that expanding the rules of the Organization has seen 3 major failures going forward. The only thing that is guaranteed by the gov. financed research is that the research is done in US... Thus now countries within the WTO and outside of it are creating many and various Organizations on multilateral bbuttes of the groups of the willing and slowly the WTO is being destroyed. It requires for everyone to be on the same page to make an agreement. Universal health care is available in all our trading partners economies and although the cry of those in opposition within our own Nation is we can't remain compebreastive if we do that, *yet* our trading partners who have such a system have lower cost than we have.
