Just tell stupid, dumb Americans like Terry Lomax that you are going to start an outsourcing company very soon that will outsource work to India and will take away their jobs for good. This will scare the poo-heads to rest when they hear that they are going to loose their job and their American lifestyle. Now here is the catch...at this point of the negotiation process tell the poo-head that you are willing to opt out and not start that outsourcing company if they are willing-agreeing to pay you an X amount of dollars (say one million dollars). You will be surprised to find $1 million in your Citibank saving account by the end of the working day the same evening. Chapter closed! You become an instant millionaire and that too in American dollars. Keep repeating the same business cycle everyday to make more money.
