A couple of things are being missed
Careers are being destroyed by the misrepresentation of the the education and quality of foreign labor as its in the interest of that labor to sell skills it does not have and for the "enterprising" corporate exec to go along with the expensive shoddy work and keep the bonus they got for the mbuttive layoffs.
Most of those destroying careers here in the US -DO NOT- want to immigrate but rather want to, understandably considering their sub par wages, stay in their home country where the cost of living allows even that minimal wage to allow them to do well.
