No I haven't. How exactly do you blame a person for being a better candidate-? For every vacant position, there are some successful applicants and some unsuccessful ones -who would otherwise have been successful but for the ones that managed to get hired.

No -Im saying buttuming what he is saying is indeed true (instead of arguing about it), why should it matter to him if someone hired in India has a fake degree? The employer in India is free to hire anybody and everybody. Eve in US. lots of programmers without a formal degree get hired. So why should it be a problem for anyone?

If you look at various usenet newsgroups, the poverty and sanitation (and of course the degree mills) in India are fav topic. I don't see why it makes any difference that it should be discussed at all. Even if the worst notions are true -so what? We live in our own country the way we want -and thats about it.
