This is basically a case of racial stereotyping to pursue a theory of convenience. How can you be sure that an indian won't come up with a good idea (buttuming none have so far) in the future? The good news for americans is that their notions of racial superiority are not uncommon -and the bad news is that their opinions or actions are not all that relevant to the world outside.
