Secondly. there are industries like the film industry or numerous other capital intensive industries where the cost of equipemtn or the process itself dwarfs labour costs. These are the ones where you can find work being done in the US rather than in a cheaper location. As we speak, numerous jobs are being created in silicon valley at the same time they are being created in India in IT itself. My contacts tell me Indians are leaving and (few coming to bay area) -for better oppurtunities in India and those positions are there for the taking by americans. not too sure but will tell you if I get info. This is basically a case of racial stereotyping to pursue a theory of convenience. How can you be sure that an indian won't come up with a good idea (buttuming none have so far) in the future? The good news for americans is that their notions of racial superiority are not uncommon -and the bad news is that their opinions or actions are not all that relevant to the world outside.
