á Experience working on a Business Process Transformation Project in which business process improvement activities provide the inputs and guidance to the systems implementation á Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager á Experience in the Software and Consulting Services vertical á Seeks innovative ways to deliver solutions to customers á Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate to a diverse group of Sr. Level Stakeholders á Experience in developing Business Requirements á Strong facilitation skills á Experience in developing detail business process flows á Hands on functional and configuration experience with PeopleSoft AR, Billing, Contracts, and Proposal Management version 8.8 in a lead capacity á PeopleSoft Order Management, Product Configuration, and Projects knowledge a strong plus. á Multiple full life-cycle implementation experience, in a lead role, including design, configuration, system testing and mplementation. á Ability to prioritize job responsibilities in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment á 4+ years experience working with PeopleSoft products á Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities: buttist with a Business Transformation and PeopleSoft 8.8 re-implementation. This candidate will function both as the PeopleSoft AR, Billing, and Contracts Functional Lead as well as the Functional Team Lead.

Business Analyst Functional Lead This person will manage all aspects of the Functional implementation of the ARBilling, and Contracts module in conjunction with the other Functional Leads. This includes all business requirements documentation, business process flow development, fit-gap analysis, documentation, functional design, application configuration, test case development and end.

Team Lead In addition to acting as the Functional Lead, this person will also act as the overall Functional Team Lead. The Lead will manage the overall scope and schedule of the Functional Team. This includes ensuring that the team adheres to the Project Schedule and that the Functional Team's deliverables and communications are consistent, of high quality and meet Stakeholders and Project Management expectations through a QA process.
