Why doesn't the dothead post from the domain of this alleged New Jersey IT company? Could it be the "company" is just Suresh Varanazi?

Not sure what an E3 visa is, but it sounds like something that should be abolished along with H-1B and L1 and green cards for IT.

A few months ago I saw an ad for a local software development company that said to send resume and "unofficial transcript" (whatever the hell that means) to a GMAIL address! Can tell they're extremely unprofessional.

In the past week I saw an ad for a position that demanded good math and spelling, and in the same sentence they made a big spelling error!

Out of work programmers should be given jobs in HR; we can certainly do better than the current people.
