But as for education, DNA endowment, or lack thereof turns out to be far more critical than the behaviorists realized. And whatever that endowment is, relies heavily on proper nutrition for maximal mental development. This has vastly more impact than clbutt size, teacher pay, methods, etc.

Consider FAS for instance, 'Fetal Alcohol Syndrome'. All the while I thot the local stupid inbred hillbillies had beady eyes genetically, but now I find out that if a pregnant mother is a drunk, that's what the kid will be. And no amount of 'equal opportunity' or 'enriched clbuttroom' is gonna have any significant effect. You may as well reserve a room in a residential care facility at birth. Or- consider *forced* end. By the time you figure out you have a pregnant drunk on your hands, its too damn late for the kid.

A kid who will make a huge dent in the social safety net your parents will expect to be there for them when they want to retire.

Course, as the poorer regions become more affluent as a result of out sourcing, they'll spend more on booze, and have more of these problems without the social safety net we have to deal with them.
