Well, there are three distinctions that are as yet undefined (or at least I'm suspicious based on your word useage) and they are: i) the label itself is defective, ii) the concept that the label is meant to label is defective, or iii) the person who you attempted to put the label on to identify-detect the concept is mislabeled because the concept as described is defective or the relationship between the concept an the person was misunderstood by the labeler, or some combination, or iv) some combination of i-iii.
You don't have to answer that if you don't want to.

Harry Stonecipher and Debra Bailey? Followed by Harry's wife throwing the divorce plant? If you need more explaination, then you: i) ain't reading the papers (I read this in the WSJ yesterday), ii) don't understand the dangers of personal relationships to the greater business infrastructures.
Nah, not good enough. I've seen multiple choices where they were all really very bad and the author was dogmatic about which was right. In once case I knew about, the teacher offered "appeal rights" where individual students could make appointments to argue their choice and they actually won but the teacher didn't go back and modify or adjust anyone else' grade. Seems like a bad way to do things to me.
You seem to fall into the latter category,
