I mean that they dont have the huge 40' tall machine tools required or trained operators to pull off compebreastive production yet..thats one example... its a learning curve issue and development issue..not an incapacity issue.

The USA graduates 4% of its college population in science and engineering...India with 3 times the poplulation graduates 30% in S and E, many from India Tech..acknowledged broadly a world clbutt university... you didnt know that...its basic..and it appears you are from india yourself... not impressive.
