Actually this is a serious misrepresentation of reality. First, every country today has some debt. And, a large fraction of all businesses have some or a lot of debt, even in China.

Second, a recent issue of the WSJ provided a summary of FDI buttets of the first world (thats the USA, Japan, and Euro, and NOT India) and showed total buttets much higher than debts by all of the three. So, when you just write a sentence like "It is actually heavily in debt" you imply that this situation does not exist anywhere else and that is a lie. But, you are very good at ignoring very large fractions of the world and ignoring the facts that are buttociated with those fractions of the world.
