So, countries which adhered to such ideas and confiscated wealth on account of that -will be reluctant to do so because they are not sure that having confiscated the wealth of investors, they can provide jobs to their citizenry. if they cannot provide jobs, it leads to dissent and breakdown of the state and their hold on the country.

it is mostly an army on the verge of breakdown and may not be able to provide any services worth the money. but even if it can and refuses, MNCs will find other ways to get things done. Service providers court consumers and seldom the other way round.
