Believe what you will, ultimately I put more faith in Statistics than in Theory, since it will reflect the truth A single event, as important as it may be is not a statistical trend. On the other hand a single event can cause a statistical trend to change.

My point is that in general countries afflicted by low IQ will have problems unless they manage to compensate for it somehow

SA is currently being afflicted by it's own low IQ problems, just look at the ESKOM debacle and the corruption in our government (ZUMA included) All this can be attributed to a lack of general "Savvy" in the government and general population.

You will notice a small but significant immigration outflow , well countered by population growth .

My buttumption is that you will notice that highly send individuals are a large part of you population outflow , by contrast to the population growth is probably more from , lets say " lower clbutt individuals
