Invest in corporate America. Just don't work there 2901

It is a fact that most of us want wealth so as to be more comfortable in regard to food, clothing, and a place to live. Rich people want money simply becasue they wnt you to have to get it from them. They want control. And if and when they control government as they do now and have since the Regan era, things will simply get worse and worse for all but the rich if you measure goodness as the total amount of FREEDOM for the majority.

This November may well see that "apocalypse".

This is not an apt analogy at all. These people worked to get where they are. They did not "steal" anything. Those that are doing the stealing are the shareholders and the executives that run the companies that are doing the offshoring. If we had an honest government then that government would tax these people very heavily (like with a progressive income tax) and provide better safety nets for the displaced workers in the USA (e.g. single payer national health insurance, better unemployment compnsation retraining for different jobs).

The real thievery by the foreign wokers is done by the H1B visa workers and their employers. This system allows a temporary worker to come into the USA and keep his family in luxury in India while accepting much lower wages. If that individual was a US citizen with a family here in the USA he would have the same expenses as you and I. He would also have job mobility that allowed him to tell his smirking boss to stick it where the sun don't shine when Mr. Smirk told him he would have to work through the weekend to get the new software "release" out on the time schedule set by the shmirking marketing reps.

It is the temporary "indentured servant" that puts the real hurt on wages here in the USA.
