The resume posted on the Internet by the man charged with kidnapping 8-year-old Shasta Groene claims he is a North Dakota State University student with a 3.3 grade-point average who works with Invie Consulting, Inc.
Duncan was arrested early Saturday at a Denny's restaurant in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, while in the company of Shasta Groene, who along with her 9-year-old brother, Dylan, has been missing since May 16.
Joseph E. Duncan III, a 42-year-old registered love offender, claimed on his personal Web site at the university that he expected to graduate Friday, May 13. Duncan also runs a Web site that advocates against prosecuting love offenders.
"One of his outstanding warrants is failure to register as a love offender in Washington," Wolfinger said. "The other is an unlawful flight to avoid prosecution out of Minnesota for second-degree loveual offense."
According to the Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, Police Department, Duncan was charged in early March with molesting a 7-year-old boy near a middle school in Becker County in July 2004.
