They, do hire some Indians... but, the main difference is that the Indians working in the US and elsewhere have been filtered by the immagration process and then submerged into a different system with different standards...you can't stay in a different country for a number of years without at least partly buttimulating to it...

compare that to the stock of Indians that is available in india... There are too many Indians in India for their own good.... They are still going to mangage and organize themselve in the same manner as a third world country... because that's just the way things are done in India... that's the cultural momentum... Perhaps enough Indian expats could return to India and transplant the cultural ideas that they have learnt while staying in other developed countries and have some success.... but, they would be vastly outnumbered in the long run....

in the end, who would really want to live and work in india?

Indians that don't know any better... in my opinion...

I can't imagine ever getting an Indian version of an H1B to get a job there....

first of all they have too many freaking people...

second, the country is a dump and will always be a dump because they have too many people... no matter how many little islands of office buildings they build...
