Newt Gingrich: Time to Face Our Education Crisis

The simplicity with which ordinary income is converted to capital gains is so stunningly simple that even a world clbutt Republican apologist and rich unpleasant woman butt sucker can understand it:

If a corporation uses its income to repurchase its own shares as opposed to distributing that income as a dividend then the price of the shares will rise creating a "capital gain" for the share holders. I admit that it takes stock trades to do this but a revolving set of trades among two or more large cap companies will do the deal quite easily. To claim that there should be no tax on capital gains exposes the claimant as a purveyor of lies on behalf of the rich; otherwise known as a Republican. And capital gains on land (real estate) are merely the non taxation of land rent.

This is not to say that real capital gains (if it is possible to define such a thing) should not be afforded some special tax treatment (though it is probably not necessary). But the current tax code falls woefully short in this regard.
