I have no idea. As you know ChoicePoint now has dossiers on ALL USA citizens (or so the articles say) and they got hacked just recently, then Nexus-Lexus got hacked and we have who knows what information on you and I being used, shared, sold, traded, bought, etc.
Another article on the Secrect Service-FBI busted shaddowcrew.com (where they had 4000 international criminals involved in all that crap. You'll have to google "shaddowcrew.com" because the article I read said that the website got shut down by the cops.
Yeah, databases.... scares me too.
I've been on both sides of the filtering. The bad part is that the job applicant doesn't have the faintest idea what he's up against and I not only know people, but read about them in the newspapes who are 1-2-3 years without a job and after thousands of applications and these guys are not dumb or uncredentialed (maybe they are over 40 and that's what kiling them, or they don't have the right visa), but somehow these guys need to be looking for work very differently (unfortunately, most of the alternative work is poor, poorly paid, etc.).
