Every year indian companies are seeing obscene growth in their revenue. You show me one proof that rate of outsourcing has declined, I will agree with you that outsourcing model may fail.
Last weekend I met a Wipro salesperson here and he told that they are actually being discouraged to take new projects bcos of lack of resources. It seems that salesperson is having a ball. getting contracts with minimum effort. the only compebreastion he has is with other indian companies. take it as a dessert.
