American's buying Canadian drugs is consumer outsourcing. An American seeking cheaper drugs can find them in Canada. But wait, that kind of outsourcing isn't ok when the corporation is disadvantaged. So with the help of the government they will put a stop to it. On the otherhand companies are free to f*** over American workers to find cheaper work elsewhere.
