Who the f*** are you to decide what is the optimum salary for a job. If say u and me apply for the same job here and I ask for salary 25% less than you (more so bcos I don't drive a gas guzzling SUV to work), surely u shud have no beef against me for working for less salary. I am sure, given an option of accpeting paycut or standing in line for welfare dole, u know what to chose for.

Didn't intel CEO claim recently that they are in a position to not hire americans at all bcos all talent they want can be either found outside (read india) or alien citizens inside USA). Actually I am wasting my time over this debate. I am trying to fight for a self-evident fact. Indians are great in IT and that's why thousands of high paying high quality jobs are moving to india. A year back IBM cut down 13,000 jobs in USA (all of them in the range of 75-90K) and moved them to india. Yeah right, those indians there are dumb and they will screw the project. Keep dreaming while ur next pink slip is getting ready.
