Have you heard of foreign bosses who always hire "their own kind" and then demand kickback (corruption) or a fee which is a fraction of their paycheck? I have heard this for several ethnic groups, tribes, and nationalities. And, I have very very rarely heard of a foreign boss hiring other foreigners not of his own kind.

Why might he be instructed to hire only Indians? When there are tons of non-US foreigners out there with equally good IT skills (eg. Chinese, Russians, Irish, etc.).

"references"? I think I've seen extensive posting by Indians who promote themselves as the solutions to all world problems (but its funny that they won't acknowledge their defects and shortcomings).

At least I can say that a year ago you formerly posted all the time about how offshoring was good for America, but now it seems like you are almost willing to acknowledge that its only good for our executives. What people save in lower prices is offset by the number of people thrown out of work and now there are studies out on Walmart showing that as a fairly correct view. When you add in the value of disruption to laid off familes, the cost makes the progress totally negative.

How come you don't look at the evidence I point to? And, its not just once, but dozens and dozens of times I've pointed out somthing to you and you just ignore it.
