The Hispanics (including the illegal Mexicans) in my neighborhood have already done something like this by bunching up 3-4 families in a house meant for one family. And, thus, by spliting up the rent, sharing the car, dumping their kids on our schools, while paying well under average taxes (when they are not working off the books) they can have a life (of sorts), send money back to Mexico (which Mexico really likes), and have cell phones with unlimited minutes to call all their friends (etc). One place, not far from where I live, was a double-wide, and at any given time saw not less than 6-7 cars parked, and up to 11-12. Shortly after they moved in, the septic tank had to be dug up and replaced. Before that happened the maximum number of cars ever parked there was two. In the local town (officially 2500 total pop, Hispanic-immigrant officially 1200), its the same deal. Another teltail: 3-4 satellite dishes on the same roof.
